FAQs

Q. How do the electronic-edition market research handooks listed on this website differ from the hard-copy market research handbooks previously published by your firm?
A. As with our best-selling handbooks, the new electronic reports present analyses of trends and forecasts along with comprehensive market data. The new handooks have the same objective of serving as the ultimate strategic business planning resource for market analysts and executives. In addition to being able to provide more current data and instant access with the electronic editions of our reports, we have been able to break out some of the topics contained in our previous handbooks into an expanded number of more focused market research studies. And, we are passing our savings in printing and shipping costs to our clients ... the price of the new electronic reports is significantly less than our previous print editions, $285 vs $385.

Q. How do the hard-copy editions and the PDF editions differ?
A. All reports are offered both in hard-copy and as a PDF, and the content is identical. The cost for hard-copy editions is $385; the cost for PDF-only editions is $285. All online orders for hard-copy editions include complimentary PDF access.

Q. What address should I use on the Order Form?
A. Please enter your ship to address. We ship by UPS, so this must be a street address, never a Post Office Box.

Q. How do the download and password access work?
A. At the completion of "Checkout" an "Order Complete" page will appear on your screen. This page will provide you with both a unique password and instant access for immediate use when you click directly on the title(s) of the reports you ordered. The download process is virtually instantaneous with any high-speed Internet connection. You may immediately download the report to your computer (and print it out), or you may browse through the report with the option of logging in again within 10 days using your password to access the report(s). Confirmation of your order, including your password, will also be e-mailed to you.

Q. May I order these reports other than using this website?
A. Yes. You may telephone our office at (770-416-0006) or fax us at (770-416-0052) to place your order, and an Adobe-readable PDF file will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of payment. Q. What are the file sizes?
