Q. May I order these reports other than by using this website?
A. Yes, you may contact our office at (770) 466-9709 or by fax at (770) 466-6879 to order.
Q. How are hardcopy editions of your books sent?
A. We ship books via UPS.
Q. Will you ship to my P.O. Box?
A. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, only street addresses.
Q. What is the charge for international shipping?
A. Shipping to Canada is $35 per order. For all other countries shipping is $75 per order.
Q. What if I have problems downloading a report?
A. If you have difficulty accessing or viewing any report, please call our office at (770) 466-9709 for assistance.
Q. May I use a single password to access all my electronic editions?
A. Yes. Be sure to enter your password at checkout each time you order a new electronic edition.
Q. Are there restrictions the use of your copyrighted reports?
A. All RKMA content you purchase may be shared within your organization. However, we strictly prohibit any RKMA content to be used outside of your organization. No RKMA content may be posted on the Internet, and no content from RKMA publications may be republished or resold.
Q. What is your confidentiality policy?
A. At Richard K. Miller & Associates we consistently provide a high level of security, privacy and confidentiality in our handling of information about our customers. In the process of performing service for you, we may have access to information or documentation about you and/or you organization that could be considered non-public, personal, confidential, or proprietary. We define this 'Confidential Information' as including both information of a commercial nature, as well as credit card information. We act to ensure that all Confidential Information is held in strict confidence and disclosed only to those employees or agents whose duties reasonably require access to such information. We protect such Confidential Information using the same degree of care to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure or duplication as we do to protect our own Confidential Information.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. RKMA books and downloads are non-refundable.
Q. Can we pay by invoice rather than credit card?
A. Yes. This option is not available on our website, but you may place your order by telephone or fax and we will send an invoice with your order.
